What is your cancellation policy?

You will be required to enter your credit card info on Schedulicity to hold the appointment. It will not be charged unless you no-show. You're responsible for 100% of the appointment cost if you no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Does having lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

No! The only time your natural lash can be compromised is if an inexperienced or poorly trained artist applies an extension that is too long or heavy for your natural lash to support. With proper care and upkeep, you can wear lashes indefinitely!
